The talented Chris Howell echoes the importance of the female presence within his life. The song documents his heartbreak, emotions, thoughts and recollection as he consciously collects his thoughts as he laments his ability to bounce back after a tragic breakup. He affectionately makes mention of missing her hugs, kisses and being captivated by her smile. However, acknowledged by his own recognizance of his ability to work himself to recovery; gaining enough strength from his drained energy.
